The Industrial Estate Management System for Industrial Plot/Shed is intended to be used by the Investors willing to invest in Uttar Pradesh.
The system enables prospect and potential investors to request for the allotment of Mini and Large Industrial Plot/Shed that fall under the jurisdiction of the Directorate of Industries and Enterprise Promotion, Uttar Pradesh.
To make a request for the allotment, investor needs to register on the Portal through OTP based Mobile No. & Email ID verification. After the registration on the Portal, investor will have to furnish the necessary details, along with uploading of related documents, in the application form that will be made available in their Login, and submit the online Application Fee.
After Fee Payment, application will be forwarded to the concerned official of the Directorate for further processing. If the official finds any query in the Application Form, he/she will raise an online query which needs to be redressed by the Investor through their login, at the earliest.
Approval will be given if the Application Form is found eligible and Plot/Shed Allotment Letter will be issued to the investor, which can be downloaded from respective user’s login.
